Add few drops of Nutmeg oil to a carrier oil( 5 to 6 drops of essential oil in 60ml of carrier oil)

Nutmeg oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help alleviate skin issues such as acne, eczema, and scars.

Nutmeg oil has a warm and spicy scent that can help promote sleep, induce relaxation and reduce stress.
