• Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and sensitive areas. 
• Never apply essential oils to the skin, scalp, gums or teeth directly. It is highly recommended to dilute the oil using a carrier oil to avoid skin irritation. 
• Cinnamon oil is very strong and can possibly irritate or burn the skin. So use only one drop of cinnamon oil for 2 or 3 tablespoons of carrier oil.
• Avoid adding cinnamon oil to bath water as it does not mix with water and could irritate the skin
• Never intake essential oils orally.
• Do a patch test before topical use to make sure there are no allergic reactions 
• If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication; consult a physician before use.
