Ways to use

Topical application

Enhance your skincare routine with Chamomile essential oil for a nourished and supple skin

Step 1:

Add 1-2 drops of chamomile essential oil for every 10 mL (2 teaspoons) of body lotion or moisturizer.

Step 2:
Apply the mixture to your skin as a daily moisturizer.

Hot Compress

Use this hot compress for targeted pain relief in areas such as the back or stomach. Chamomile oil has soothing properties that can enhance the effectiveness of the compress.

Step 1:
Fill a bowl with warm water.
Step 2:
Add 1-2 drops of chamomile essential oil to the warm water in the bowl and Stir the water.
Step 3:
Submerge a clean towel into the bowl of chamomile-infused warm water. Allow the towel to soak for a few seconds.
Step 4:
Take the soaked towel out of the bowl and carefully wring out any excess water.
Step 5:
Place the warm, damp towel on the affected area where you are experiencing pain or discomfort.
Step 6:
Keep the compress on the affected area for about 10-15 minutes, or until the towel starts to cool down. You can repeat the process if desired.

Aromatherapy

Set the stage for a peaceful slumber by diffusing diluted chamomile oil in your bedroom.

Step 1:
Add 3-5 drops of chamomile essential oil to an essential oil diffuser filled with water.
Step 2:
Switch on the diffuser at least 30 mins prior to bedtime.
Step 3:
Additionally, for a tranquil sleep, Dilute 1-2 drops of chamomile oil in 10 mL (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil and apply a few drops of the mixture to your temples.

Safety

  • Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and sensitive areas.
  • Never apply essential oils to the skin or scalp directly. It is highly recommended to dilute the oil using a carrier oil to avoid skin irritation.
  • Never intake essential oils orally.
  • Do a patch test before topical use to make sure there are no allergic reactions to any essential oil.
