In Ayurveda, Triphala is a well-known herbal formulation consisting of three fruits: Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki. Triphala is believed to possess Tridoshic properties, meaning it can balance all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) in the body. It is known for its cleansing & detoxifying effects and promoting balance & harmony in the body and mind.
