Fennel seed essential oil is a highly aromatic oil derived from the crushed seeds of the fennel plant, which is native to the Mediterranean region but now grows in many parts of the world. It was commonly used in culinary traditions throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East too. The Chinese used it as a cure for snake-bite. Abdominal massage

Massage onto abdomen to get relief from menstrual cramps or digestive issues like nausea, bloating, gas,and constipation.

Step 1:
Add few drops of Fennel seed oil to a carrier oil( 4 to 5 drops of essential oil for ever tablespoon of carrier oil)
Step 2:
Massage on the abdomen and feet in circular motion
Step 3:
Relax as it helps relieve pain.

Aromatherapy

When diffused it promotes mental clarity, focus and provides stimulation and extra push to get things done when tired.

Step 1:
Add a few drops of fennel essential oil to a diffuser filled with water.( 4 to 5 drops for every 100ml of water)
Step 2:
Relax and enjoy the calming aroma

Safety

  • Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and sensitive areas.
  • Never apply essential oils to the skin or scalp directly. It is highly recommended to dilute the oil using a carrier oil to avoid skin irritation.
