Step 1:

Dilute 2-3 drops of vetiver oil with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

Step 2:
Massage the diluted mixture onto the stomach to alleviate menstrual cramps.


Diffusing Vetiver essential oil helps relieve stress, exhaustion, and anxiety.

Step 1:

Add 3-5 drops of vetiver oil to a diffuser filled with water.

Step 2:
Switch on the diffuser.
Step 3:
