Ways to use

For external cuts or wounds

Step 1:

Add a few drops of palmarosa oil to a carrier oil ( 1 or 2 drops of essential oil for every teaspoon of carrier oil )

Step 2:
Apply mixture to the wound to protect from infection

Method 1:

Diffuse the oil using an essential oil diffuser. Aromatherapy helps relax body and mind

Method 2:
Add a mixture of palmarosa oil diluted in carrier oil to warm bathing water and take a relaxed bath

Rosemary oil
