Ways to use

Scalp and hair oil

Step 1:
Add a few drops to a carrier oil ( 3 drops of essential oil for every tablespoon of carrier oil)
Step 2:
Massage on to scalp in circular motion
Step 3:
Leave it on for 30 mins
Step 4:
Wash and rinse hair with a mild shampoo

Aromatherapy

When diffused ginger essential oil promotes positive feelings, improves mood and promotes sleep.

Step 1:
Fill diffuser with water
Step 2:
Add a few drops of essential oil to the water ( 3 to 5 drops for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser)
Step 3:
Switch on the diffuser 30 mins before bed time.

Warm bath
