Directions for use
- Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice. Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
- Topical use: Apply one to two drops to your forehead and massage gently to balance the third eye chakra that supports your vision and improves awareness. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
