Ways to use

Aromatherapy

For a stress-free and relaxed sleep, diffuse pine essential oil. It reduces congestion, clears airway and reduces snoring

Step 1:
Fill diffuser with water
Step 2:
Add a few drops of Pine essential oil according to the diffuser capacity ( 3 to 5 drops of essential oil for every 100 ml of water )
Step 3:
Turn on the diffuser, and allow the fresh aroma to fill your room

Balancing & Detoxifying bath blend

Pine oil helps cleanse the skin of any microbes and enhance energy levels in the body

Step 1:
Add 5 - 10 drops of pine essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil
Step 2:
Add mixture to a bathtub filled with warm water
Step 3:
Enjoy a relaxing and detoxifying bath

Relaxing Massage blend

Helps soothe tightness and soreness of muscles caused due to physical exertion. Can also be used as a vapor rub

Step 1:
Add 4 drops of essential to 30ml or 2 tablespoons of carrier oil.
Step 2:
Massage onto muscles affected by tightness and soreness (option 1)
Step 3:
Massage onto neck, chest and upper back to reduce respiratory congestion (option 2)

  • Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and sensitive areas.

  • Never apply essential oils to the skin or scalp directly. It is highly recommended to dilute the oil using a carrier oil to avoid skin irritation.
